Please note, we use a variety of postal services and couriers for each shipping option.

Letters and collect packages - standard
Depending on the weight, size and destination, small packages will generally be delivered directly to your letter box or to a service point located near you. The local post office will notify you by text message or by mail where and when to collect your parcel.

Larger consignments will be delivered by courier. A track & trace reference number will be provided by us, so that you can follow the parcel and communicate directly with that courier. The courier will notify you directly, by text message or email where and when to collect your parcel.

Special arrangement – delivery at the door
If you wish another type of delivery: for example, to receive your items delivered directly to your door instead of to a local service point, we can arrange that. This type of delivery is not presently available at the check-out of our webshop.

Instead of going through the check-out, please send us an email with the items you wish to buy and the type of shipping you prefer.  As well, please include your invoice address, delivery address and delivery details such as contact person, phone number, door codes, opening hours etc.

We will most likely need to add some additional costs, depending on the weight and the destination. Once you have approved the shipment, we will email you an order confirmation and an invoice for you to pay. As soon as we have received your payment, we will provide you with a track & trace reference number and process your order.

Please be advised that if you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, couriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. It will not be left at the door unless you have given a verbal or written authorization.

Shipping outside Europe
We do offer shipping to all over the world but we have not yet confirmed the finished rates and delivery times for this. During the start-up phase of our business, we handle all shipments manually. Therefore, unfortunately shipping outside Europe is not yet an option at the check-out from our webshop.

Orders will be carried out as described in “Special arrangement – Delivery to the door“.

Order processing and estimated delivery times
Multiple orders from the same account and with the same shipping address will be combined unless otherwise requested.

Order processing: 1-2 business days
Delivery within Sweden: 2-3 business days
Delivery within EU: 2-5 business days
Delivery within rest of Europe: 2-7 business days


Custom taxes
Once the goods have reached their destination, custom taxes will be charged on all shipments outside the European Union. Custom taxes and policies vary from country to country. We do not control the amount of taxes that you will be charged.

The customer is responsible for the payment of custom taxes and is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where the goods are being delivered.

We do not undervalue orders, nor do we declare them as free gifts or samples.

Unclaimed packages
In cases where the buyer does not collect their package, it will automatically be returned to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Would this occur twice with the same customer, they will be blocked from shopping with us. This also applies if the buyer has purchased the goods as a gift and that the receiver does not collect their package.

Misdirected goods
Should a package get lost, get stuck on its way to you or that it ends up at another destination, we will of course do our utmost to solve the problem as quickly and smoothly as possible. Problems with a delivery partner are dealt with on business days when their offices are open, not on weekends and public holidays.
